College Internship Initiative

After your summer interns’ work experience has ended, maintain a  connection with them to improve your conversion rates, replace retiring baby boomer, etc in an initiative where effectiveness can be measured.

Although the student is central and primarily responsible, everyone – family & friends, colleges & universities, companies & organizations, government & society;  can have a role in helping students achieve their goals of graduation.  The end result is that everyone wins.
